WHY COTTON-SILK,
NOT JUST COTTON.
Cotton is the part that does the work. Long-staple Turkish and Supima fibres pull water off your skin and give the towel its weight and plushness. But cotton on its own stays heavy, holds onto damp, and takes forever to dry — which is how a gym bag starts to smell.
Silk is the part you feel. Woven into the surface, it makes the towel smoother against skin and hair and lets water leave faster. Same absorbency, a fraction of the dry time, and nothing sitting damp waiting for you. That is the whole reason we blend the two.
